the transfer station/resource recovery facility, portable litter control fences, landfill perimeter <br />fence, leachate impoundments, and storm water facilities including ditches, berms, and <br />detention/sedimentation basins. The project sponsor will collect and deposit on-site litter on a <br />daily basis. Portable litter collection fences will be installed as required to prohibit wind-blown <br />litter from accumulating along roadways or around buildings.
