Certificate of Conformity with NSR Public <br />Notice <br />Facility # N-0339 <br />Project# N-1062444 <br />Dear Mr. Basso: <br />The Air Pollution Control Officer has Issued Authority to Construct permit to <br />Forward Landfill, Inc. for Forward Landfill, Inc. is proposing to increase landfill <br />gas throughput from 1,530 scfm to 2,000 scfm in the vapor control system and <br />existing flare, and also will install a second vapor control system and 3,4D0 scfm <br />landfill gas-fired flare for compliance with 40 CFR 60 Subpart WWW at located at <br />9999 S. Austin Road in Manteca. <br />Enclosed are copies of the Authority to Construct permits and a copy of the notice <br />of final action to be published approximately three days from the date of this letter. <br />Notice of the District's preliminary decision.to issue this Authority to Construct <br />with Certificate of Conformity was published on March 28, 2007. The District's <br />analysis of the proposal was also sent to US EPA Region IX on March 28, 2007. <br />No comments were received following the District's preliminary decision on this <br />project. <br />Also enclosed is an invoice for the engineering evaluation fees pursuant to District <br />Rule 3010_ Please remit the amount owed, along with a copy of the attached <br />Invoice, within 30 days. <br />Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
