11 <br />• <br />MUNICIPAL UTILITIES DEPARTMENT <br />#QA REGIONAL WASTEWATER CONTROL FACILITY <br />2500 NAVY DRIVE STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA 95206 <br />(209) 937-8750 (209)937 -8702 -fax <br />CITY OF STOCKTON <br />CITY OF STOCKTON WASTEWATER DISCHARGE PERMIT <br />AUTHORIZATION; The below named party is hereby authorized to discharge wastewater <br />to the City of Stockton community sewer subject to compliance with the City of Stockton <br />waste water control ordinance and the conditions set forth in this permit. <br />P E R M I T E E Forward Landfill Groundwater Treatment f=acility Cleaning <br />ADDRESS 9999 South Austin Rd. <br />Stockton, CA 95336 <br />ZIP <br />— PERMIT CONDITIONS - <br />SPECIAL DISCHARGE PERMIT - TRUCKED WASTE - NON CATEGORICAL - NON SIU DISCHARGER <br />Permittee shad comply with all provisions, limitations and requirements of the Stockton Municipal Code. <br />Permittee shall fully comply with all provisions, limitations, and requirements of all applicable local, state and federal <br />regulations, including subtitles C and D of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, and 40 CFR parts 260 <br />through 271. <br />Permitee shall neutralize for discharge up to two 6,500 gallon batchs per year of GTF air stripper cleaning <br />wastewater. The batch shall be discharged at the treatment facility Monday through Friday 8 am to 3 pin. Notify <br />Environmental Control 48 hrs. in advance of the batch being discharged at the treatment facility, of the day and time <br />the batch will arrive at the wastewater plant. <br />Sample Requirements: <br />pH, EPA 150.1, a representative grab sample measured on each well mixed wash water batch to be discharged, <br />maintain a well buffered pH between 5-10 instantaneously at all times. Keep recorded history of pH meter calibrations <br />and wash water batch measurements. Submit the pH results to Environmental Control by the 15th of the month <br />following the discharge. <br />Permittee shall notify the City of Stockton Environmental Control section prior to any changes in wastewater <br />discharge that deviates from the most recent application submitted to obtain this permit. <br />The above named shall report to the City of Stockton Regional Wastewater Control <br />Facility, any change, (permanent or temporary) to the premise or operation that <br />significantly change the quality or volume of the wastewater discharge or deviate from <br />the terms and conditions under which this permit is granted. <br />EFFECTIVE DATE December 1, 2006 EXPIRATION DATE November 30, 2011 <br />9- 7- a6 <br />DATEDDirector <br />POST PERMIT IN PLAIN VIEW <br />APPROVED <br />.!. <br />of �. i <br />
