MODIFICATIONS <br />(a) The Permittee must request and obtain a permit modification to revise any portion of this Permit. <br />To request such a revision, the Permittee must comply with the procedures for permit modifications set <br />forth in Title 22, Cal. Code Regs., section 66270.42. <br />(b) If at any time DTSC deterinines that modification of any part of this Permit is necessary, DTSC <br />may initiate a modification m accordance with the procedures in Title 22, Cal.
