Austin Rd. <br />Manteca, CA 95336 <br />SUBJECT: Non -Water Release Corrective Action Plan for the Forward Landfill, Inc. <br />Facility No. 39 -AA -0015 <br />Dear Mr. Basso, <br />The Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle) staff have reviewed <br />the "Corrective Action Plan Cost Estimate for Non -Water Releases from Forward <br />Landfill" (Plan), dated October 2011, and received by CalRecycle staff on December 7, <br />2011 for the subject facility. <br />Staff has determined the proposed Plan meets the requirements of Title 27, California <br />Code of Regulations and find the document acceptable and approvable once all the other <br />conditions for formal approval are met.
