On 5/2/16, the operator had informed the EHD that the Forward Landfill would no longer require the emergency <br />waivers, that were issued so that the facility could accommodate the Butte Fire clean-up effort. <br />2. According to the tonnage record, the facility received processed green material (PGM) for ADC on 4/30/16 and 5/2/16. <br />According to cover certification record, PGM was used as cover on 5/2 and 5/4. According to the operator, the PGM <br />ADC had since been covered with waste and soil. <br />4. The concentration of explosive gas in GP -11 R, 12R, and 28 is 0% by volume. <br />5.
