LEA Conditions cc states "The LEA must receive written notification from the facility operator 48 hours prior to <br />operating on the seventh day of that week." <br />P. The operator shall comply with all terms and conditions of the permit. <br />20-830 -Litter Control <br />Comments: Litter accumulation is observed in the truck/trailer cleaning area, at the litter fence, and near active <br />face. <br />- Remove litter regularly. <br />Inspection Report'Comments: <br />1. On 6/13/16, Joe Lipka, Environmental Manager, informed LEA that the bed -ash from Woodland Biomass contained <br />high level of copper. The Forward Landfill received the contaminated bed -ash between April 2014 and December 2015. <br />Forward Landfill will submit the complete report on that matter to LEA. <br />2. The cover is soil and tarps. <br />3. According to the operator, the facility started receiving cannery waste on 6/4/16. <br />4. The concentration of explosive gas in GP -8R, 9R, and 10BR is 0% by volume. <br />15.
