Austin Road, Manteca 95336 A routine inspection was conducted this date and the following was noted: Inspector [Robert McClellon JRuben Ramirez Na Vittiatio is or Areatir of Concern V A Regulations X 20680 - Daily Cover Comments: The site is using soil, tarps and compost as cover. The tarps were torn in several places. There was areas that the tarps did not cover the waste. The tarps did not have ballast and subject to wind action. The next occurrence will result in a violation. Properly cover waste with tarps. Make sure all tarps are in good repair and not torn. Repair or replace tarps prior to using. Inspection Report Conownts: A routine inspection was conducted this date and the following was noted: 1. The site was using the water truck at the time of inspection. 2. There was some litter onsite. Litter fences were in place at time of inspection. 3. There was some areas of erosion on the east slope near expansion area that had not been repaired. Make repair prior to next inspection. 4. The gas probes were sampled using the Landtech GEM 2000 NAV.
