The operator covered the erosion with <br />visqueen. The areas should have proper soil cover. The operator was in the process of covering With soil at the <br />time of inspection, <br />LaspoWen ROPM r&Wift. <br />A routine inspection was conducted this date and the following was noted: <br />1) The daily cover was soil and tarps. The tarps are starting to get tears in them. Inspect all tarps and use tarps that are <br />intact and in good repair. <br />2) The water truck was in operation during the inspection. Dust control was good. <br />3) Portable litter fences were being used for litter control. A litter crew was onsite picking up litter. <br />4) The landfill gas probes were sampled using the Landtech GEM 2000 Nay.
