Hazelton Avenue <br />Stockton, CA 95205-6232 <br />SUBJECT: State Inspection Report for Forward Landfill, Facility No. 39 -AA -0015 <br />Dear Ms. Turkattc: <br />Pursuant to Division 30, Public Resources Code (PRC), Section 43220, staff of the Department of Resources <br />Recycling and Recovery (Ca[Recycle), conducted an 18 -month inspection of the subject facility on August 8, <br />2017, in conjunction with Robert McClellon, Local Enforcement Agent (LEA), San Joaquin County. A copy <br />of CaiRecycle staffs inspection report is enclosed for your records. A copy of the inspection report also has <br />been forwarded by e-mail to the facility operator. <br />Our purpose of this inspection is to evaluate whether the Local Enforcement Agency (I.FA) is appropriately <br />applying and enforcing State Minimum Standards (SMS) at solid waste facilities within in its jurisdiction. <br />Therefore, this letter and the inspection report provides recommendations and/or directions on compliance <br />issues observed during the thcility inspection. <br />The facility was evaluated tbr compliance with applicable sections of Division 30 of the PRC, the terms and <br />conditions or the Solid Waste Facility Permit, Title 27, California Code of Regulations (27 CCR), and Title 14, <br />California Code of Regulations (14 CCR). <br />There were no violations or areas of concern noted during this inspection. <br />Your cooperation during the recent inspection is appreciated.
