C7
C.
The recommendations contained in this report are based, in part, on certain
plans, subsurface information, and data that have been provided to EMCON.
Any change in those plans, subsurface information, and data may render EM-
CON's recommendations invalid unless EMCON is notified of changed conditions
and requested to review and make any necessary modifications, additions, or
both, to the recommendations.
EMCON's recommendations have been made in accordance with the principles
and practices generally employed by the geotechnical engineering profession.
This is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied.
Subsurface exploration of any site is necessarily confined to selected locations.
Conditions may, and often do, vary between and around such locations. If sub-
surface conditions different from those provided to EMCON are found during
project development, additional exploration, testing, and analysis may be neces-
sary, and changes in project design may be required.
All earthwork and associated construction should be supervised by a qualified
engineering technician or field engineer and tested where necessary, to compare -
generalized site conditions assumed in this report with those found at the site at
the time of construction, and to verify that construction complies with the intent of
EMCON's recommendations.
Any person associated with this project who observes conditions or features of
the site or surrounding areas that are different from those described in this report
should report them immediately to EMCON for consideration and evaluation.
9390217.00W1989
