Original chain -of -custody rec- <br />ords will be returned to EMCON by the subcontracted laboratories. <br />An analysis request sheet or purchase order will accompany the samples <br />delivered to each laboratory. These forms will serve as official com- <br />munication to the laboratory of the particular analysis(es) required <br />for each sample and provide evidence that the chain -of -custody was <br />complete.
