4 <br />11 <br />Exhibit 3 <br />The following wastes are NOT accepted: <br />* Free liquids, including liquid residues in containers or <br />cans which are greater than one gallon in volume. <br />* Large dead animals. <br />* Chemicals or chemical sludges which are toxic, corrosive, <br />an irritantp or a strong sensitizer. <br />* Cannery Waste. <br />* Drugs. <br />* Infectious wastes. <br />Radioactive wastes, <br />Flammables or explosives. <br />* Oil, batteries, or fuel wastes. <br />* Pesticides or insecticides (properly rinsed containers certified <br />by the Agriculture Commissioner's office are allowed) <br />* Bag house or air scrubber wastes. <br />* Asbestos wastes. <br />* Tank cleaning sludges or sediments. <br />* Contaminated soil or sand. <br />
