A registered civil engineer will be <br />contacted to observe temporary repairs and cleanup and, if necessary, recom- <br />mend additional immediate work. <br />Within 7 days, the RWQCB and (depending on the nature of the failure) other <br />appropriate parties will be advised of <br />• date, nature, and extent of the failure <br />• temporary repairs constructed <br />. schedule for submitting a plan for permanent repairs to the RWQCB <br />for review <br />• preliminary schedule for constructing permanent repairs <br />Permanent repairs will be constructed in accordance with the approved plan and <br />final schedule. <br />If waste or leachate is detected in monitoring facilities, the RWQCB will be noti- <br />fied in writing within 7 days as required in Section 2556 of Subchapter 15. <br />6.3 HOURS OF SITE OPERATIONS <br />The site will be open between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. 7 days per week, <br />362 days per year.
