C <br />1 <br />Appendix 8 <br />SOILS LABORATORY DATA <br />Atterberg Limits (ASTM D4318-84), percent passing the No. 200 sieve <br />(ASTM D1140-54), moisture contents (ASTM D2216-80), and compaction <br />tests (ASTM D1557-78) were performed by EMCON Associates. Remolded <br />permeability tests, following in-house protocol, were also performed <br />1 by EMCON.
