I. <br />' ° Vautlera w.ho,,remove hazardous materials from the <br />Marney Lane Sanitary Landfill as requested under the <br />' load checking program shall deliver to the San <br />'Joaquin Local Health District proof (proper documents <br />' and/or manifest) within ten (10) days that subject <br />' materials were disposed of properly. <br />° If prohibited wastes are delivered to the site and <br />' the responsible p e delivering party cannot or will <br />' not safely remove the waste, the County will then <br />contract with a hazardous waste hauler for removal <br />and ultimate legal disposal. The responsible party <br />will be billed for these associated costs. <br />° Further information regarding proper disposal of the <br />prohibited wastes listed above is available from the <br />San Joaquin Local Health District by telephone at <br />(209) 468-3400. <br />' An example of the notification cation is shown as Exhibit 4. <br />1 -13- <br />
