Box 1810 <br />Stockton, California 95201 <br />1 14.2 SUPERVISION RESPONSIBILITIES <br />The administrative personnel overseeing the new site will be responsible for en- <br />suring that site operations run according to plan. Both the solid waste manager <br />and the solid waste engineer have been certified by the Governmental Refuse <br />Collection and Disposal Association (GRCDA) as landfill operators. In the event <br />of an emergency, one of the administration or operation personnel listed above <br />should be contacted.
