A statement that the facility is consistent with the County Section 2.9 <br />Solid Waste Management Plan (CoSWMP) and city or <br />county general plan. <br />SECTION 17616(b) <br />If climatic conditions such as frost, snow, or wet weather are Section 2.5 <br />likely to adversely affect site access or surface soils han- <br />dling, measures to overcome these conditions are to be <br />outlined. <br />Control measures, if necessary, for each of the following: Section 2.6 <br />noise, odors, litter, dust, insects, rodents, and fire <br />If salvaging is to be permitted, list conditions to be imposed Section 2.7 <br />on salvagers. The number and types of salvage vehicles <br />are to be given, as well as the frequency of removal of sal- <br />vaged materials. <br />A statement that the facility is consistent with the County Section 2.9 <br />Solid Waste Management Plan (CoSWMP) and city or <br />county general plan. <br />SECTION 17616(b) <br />A statement as to whether noise from site operations is Section 2.8 <br />likely to create health hazards to persons using the site <br />and/or to nearby residents. Indicate whether nearby resi- <br />dents have complained about noise from site operations. If <br />noise measurements representative of site operations have <br />been conducted, submit a copy of the result. <br />A descriptive statement indicating that the faculty design is Section 2.9 <br />in compliance with state and local fire protection agencies' <br />landfill perimeter clearance requirements. <br />A statement that adjacent zoning and surrounding land use Section 2.9 <br />is compatible with the facility or proposed facility. <br />A statement that the facility is consistent with the County Section 2.9 <br />Solid Waste Management Plan (CoSWMP) and city or <br />county general plan. <br />SECTION 17616(b) <br />"For liquids or slurries indicate the moisture content as a Not Applicable <br />percentage by weight. Describe the amount of waste ex- <br />pected to be handled, giving the average daily amount <br />(specify whether on a 7 -day, or other, basis), typical peak <br />loadings, the extent of fluctuation during the year and 5 -year <br />projection of future loading." <br />PJ9 9390219A.00W 3 Rev. 0 Jul 19 <br />July 1989 <br />WASTE STREAM Section 3.0 <br />"Information shall be supplied showing the types and rela- <br />tive quantities of wastes to be received. Specific mention <br />shall be made concerning the receipt of liquid or hazardous <br />wastes. Describe the wastes to be received by their type or <br />nature (residential commercial, industrial, infectious, haz- <br />ardous wastes, pesticides, etc.) and by waste classification <br />(Group 1, 2, or 3).
