1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />I CONTRACT <br />2 This Contract made this day of 20—, by and between <br />3 the COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, State of California, hereinafter called the Owner, <br />4 acting by and through its Board of Supervisors, who has executed and delivered this <br />5 Contract in said capacity, and not otherwise, and <br />C. <br />7 hereinafter called the Contractor. <br />8 WITNESSETH <br />9 That the Owner and Contractor for the consideration stated herein, covenant and <br />10 agree as follows: <br />11 (1) The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, <br />12 services and transportation, and any and all other expenses necessary or incidental to <br />13 the performance of the work for the North County Sanitary Landfill LFG System, <br />14 hereinafter called "The Work," all as more particularly set out in detail in the plans and <br />15 specifications, and in strict compliance with all the Contract documents referred to <br />16 herein and including all modifications incorporated in these documents before their <br />17 execution. <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />(SPECSwASTEMCO-C-1) <br />NCLF-C-I-EJ <br />C-1 <br />
