BEGINNING OF WORK, TIME OF COMPLETION <br />AND LIQUIDATED DAMAGES <br />Attention is directed to the provisions in Section 8-1.03, "Beginning of Work," to <br />Section 8-1.06, "Time of Completion," and to Section 8-1.07, "Liquidated Damages," of <br />the Standard Specifications and these special provisions. <br />The Contractor shall not enter upon the site of the work or begin operations at <br />the site until he has received Notice to Proceed, submitted to County in proper form all <br />contract, surety bonds, evidences of insurance and all other documents required of him <br />in connection with the contract and all such documents have been approved by County. <br />Written notice of approval shall be issued by the Department of Public Works. <br />The working days shall begin on April 1, 2006, contingent upon prior receipt of <br />Notice to Proceed. If the notice is not received before the specified date, working days <br />shall begin on the first working day of the week following the date of the notice of <br />Iapproval. <br />n <br />0 <br />The beginning of working days may be rescheduled by mutual agreement <br />between County and the Contractor by written correspondence. <br />The Contractor shall be required to complete all work before the expiration of <br />30 working days. <br />The Contractor may begin fabricating the LFG flare and flare skid upon receipt of <br />notice of approval of the contract.
