<br /> The schedule is set for exposing and cutting back the damaged geotextile and removing the rock on Friday,October 30,
<br /> 2015.CQA staff will be on site to observe the work. On Monday, November 2, 2015,the liner contractor will be on site
<br /> to perform liner testing and any repairs. Surveyors and CQA staff will also be present. If the repairs are completed
<br /> early,the County plans to replace the rock and operations layer the same day. CQA consultant(AES)will document the
<br /> work and submit a CQA report.

<br /> attend. Please photograph the procedure and protect the opening over the weekend. If you could send photo's Friday
<br /> after this phase of the repair is completed that would be appreciated. Please provide staff with schedule updates so
