As shown in <br /> the photographic log, concentrated storm water flow from the top deck created an erosion <br /> channel. Staff had discussed this with the Discharger during the 21 October 2015 site <br /> inspection. This is an area of concern and the Discharger is required to repair the side slope <br /> and install appropriate Best Management Practices (BMPs) including re-grading the top deck to <br /> comply with the Waste Discharge Requirements (WDRs). <br /> By 15 February 2016 the Discharger shall submit a repair report with photographs showing the <br /> area of concern has been repaired. The repairs to Area 5 have been documented in the CQA <br /> Report dated 20 November 2015 and submitted to the Permitting Unit for review. <br /> All required data and reports must be uploaded to GeoTracker and you must notify us by <br /> e-mail at centralvallevsacramentoCa-waterboards ca gov after uploading each report.
