Bahadori -2- 21 January 2016 <br /> San Joaquin County DPW <br /> Stockton <br /> A LCRS functionality test was also conducted in accordance with the approved work plan to verify <br /> that the LCRS was functioning properly. The test included the injection of tracer (water colored <br /> with dye) directly into the LCRS gravel immediately upstream of the repaired area after which the <br /> LCRS sump was checked for recovery of the tracer. The test results indicated that the LCRS was <br /> functioning properly. After completion of the LCRS test, the portion of the operations Layer <br /> removed to allow injection of the tracer was filled in and the area re-surveyed to establish as-built <br /> elevations. <br /> The Repairs Report includes a certification that all repairs to the damaged area of Module 5 were <br /> conducted in accordance with the 26 October 2015 approved work plan and approved project <br /> specifications and CQA. The report also certifies that the LCRS for the module is functioning as <br /> designed. Based on these certifications and a review of the report, Water Board staff hereby <br /> acknowledges that the repairs to the damaged area of Module 5 have been completed. <br /> We also received the final as-built report for Module 5, Phase 1, the review of which has been on <br /> hold pending approval of the Repairs Report.
