North County Sanitary Landfil -2- 21 April 2016 <br /> San Joaquin County <br /> groundwater samples by the end of the 1St semester 2016 monitoring event, wells G-1A <br /> and G-6 will need to be deepened during construction season 2016. <br /> c) Staff concurs with the method of evaluating the functionality of the suction lysimeters <br /> based on the function field testing report for the American Avenue Sanitary Landfill in <br /> Fresno County (Shaw, 23 October 2007). The field tests were conducted to address <br /> Water Board concerns, similar to the findings presented in the NOV dated 11 January <br /> 2016. This field tests were approved by Central Valley Water Board Fresno staff in a <br /> Memo dated 5 November 2007. Therefore, for consistency, Compliance and <br /> Enforcement will accept the proposal method for revaluating the lysimeters. <br /> d) Staff recommends the Field Tests approved be written into the Lysimeter Section of the <br /> Sampling and analysis Plan (SAP)for the North County Sanitary Landfill. The entire SAP <br /> should be uploaded to Geotracker website for review. <br /> Staff expects NCSL to begin work immediately. Please send an email which states NCSL <br /> accepts the conditions of this approval. 30 days after completion of the scope of work, please <br /> submit a well installation report that includes the information in the Well Installation Report <br /> Guidelines attached. <br /> The Discharger shall submit PDF documents to Geotracker. All reports past and present <br /> including boring logs of all site borings (wells, soil gas probes, extraction wells, survey data, <br /> etc.) shall be uploaded to Geotracker. Please send a courtesy email to staff notifying them of <br /> the upload, and provide the upload confirmation number.
