In <br />addition to test results, the report will contain descriptions of the <br />site, the monitoring system, and sampling methods. <br />The site description will consist of a written description of the site <br />and its geographic setting, land use within 2,000 feet of the site, and <br />types of waste disposed of in the landfill. This section of the report <br />will also include either a topographical map encompassing the area <br />within a 1 -mile radius of the site, or an aerial photograph of the <br />site. The monitoring system description will include discussions of the <br />gas and air testing performed, descriptions of the equipment used and <br />analytical methods employed, and presentations of documentation on <br />calibration of field equipment and preventive maintenance performed on <br />field equipment. In addition, maps and figures will be included showing <br />the disposal site; locations of the gas recovery system sampling point, <br />gas probes, integrated surface walk grid, and ambient air samplers; and <br />details of probe installation. Sampling methods, including QA proce- <br />dures, will be discussed, and the results of the gas characterization, <br />ambient air, and gas migration testing will be presented. <br />PJI 9390301J <br />
