IPl5TRUCTION <br />Section 177519 Title 14 CAC requires that "From the <br />date of <br />issuance of the permit, at least once each five years, or more <br />frequently as determined by the enforcement agency, the owner or <br />operator shall cause a registered civil engineer to review the <br />site design, implementation and operation plan to determine if <br />any revisions are necessary and to estimate <br />the remaining site <br />life. The conclusions and recommendations of this review shall <br />be presented in a report and filed with the enforcement agency <br />and the Board." g y <br />In reference to section 17751 the engineers review should address <br />those items listed in the Engineering Report Requirements which <br />have not been previously covered or are not current. <br />The Engineering Report Requirements are available as a separate <br />attachment to be used in the preparation of the Report p of <br />Disposal Site information. <br />'PREPARATION PF REPORT OF DISPOSAL SITE INFORMATION <br />The Report of Disposal Site Information is required for disposal <br />sites. Operators of existing facilities may find that sufficient <br />information presently exists for their <br />sites without conducting <br />further testing or evaluation. The enforcement agency, in <br />issuing the solid waste facility permit, must ensure that primary <br />consideration is given to preventing environmental damage and <br />g <br />that the long-term protection of the environment is the guiding <br />1 <br />
