b. Training <br /> Facility personnel will be trained in the safe operation of equipment. Equipment operators will <br /> be licensed as required. Regular safety meetings will be held to discuss operating procedures, <br /> identification of waste materials, accident reporting, and safety awareness, and any other safety <br /> related issues. <br /> Facility personnel will complete a hazardous waste materials management training program. The <br /> training program will familiarize personnel with emergency procedures, equipment,and systems. <br /> Personnel will complete an annual hazardous materials management refresher training program. <br /> C.
