V1. POST-OPERATIONAL USE <br /> No post-operational use for the site after termination of composting operations has been <br /> determined at this time. In the event that composting operations are terminated, the compost <br /> pad would be cleaned and used for storage of vehicles and equipment such as trailers, bins, <br /> collection trucks, etc. <br /> VH. FAC H= RECORDS AND REPORIING PROCEDURES <br /> Records of the Composting Facility operation will be maintained at the site by the site manager <br /> and physically kept on site in the Office/Maintenance Building. <br /> A. RECORDS <br /> The following records will be maintained at the site for a minimum of 3 years and shall include, <br /> but not be limited to: <br /> • Quantity of materials. <br /> • feedstock, additives and amendments received <br /> • stabilized compost produced <br /> • stabilized compost shipped <br /> • stabilized compost on-site <br /> • non-compostable waste and their disposition <br /> • composting additives used <br /> • composting amendments used <br /> • Number of vehicles used to import feedstock or export compost. <br /> • Daily temperature of active compost every 100 feet of windrow. <br /> • Dates windrows are turned. <br /> • Operational records documenting periodic self-inspections and load checks. <br /> • Records of analytical testing of compost. <br /> • Equipment maintenance reports and schedules. <br /> L:/PR0JECT/397/MRF/RC1-4.TCY December 15, IM <br /> 39 <br />
