32. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and discharged to an above <br /> ground system approved by the Environmental Health Division. This system must be designed by a <br /> registered engineer. The material collected in the above ground holding system must be analyzed for <br /> hazardous constituents prior to disposal. Specific test requirements may be obtained from the <br /> Environmental Health Division. A $156.00 plan check fee is required at the time of submittal. <br /> 33. If hazardous material is stored on the site,the applicant must register with the County Office of Emergency <br /> Services. <br /> 34.
