The <br /> inspector will then sort through the windrow, using a rake or shovel. The material will <br /> be carefully observed for the presence of any prohibited wastes in the load. The methods <br /> by which the acceptability of wastes will be determined are described below. <br /> Observations will be recorded on the data sheet for the load.
