EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN <br /> This report presents the Postclosure Emergency Response Plan for <br /> the Corral Hollow Sanitary Landfill. It addresses several <br /> emergency situations and suggested corrective action measures for <br /> each emergency. The plan will address vandalism, seiches, <br /> tsunamis, fires, explosions, earthquakes, floods, drainage <br /> problems, and failure of any artificial or natural dikes, levees, <br /> dams, or liners. Inspect emergency scene to determine the nature and extent of <br /> the situation and to determine what measures should be taken <br /> to minimize danger or damage. <br /> 2. Undertake appropriate direct actions to minimize the impacts <br /> of the emergency situation. <br /> 3 . Alert employees of the existence of an emergency and the <br /> appropriate action to take. <br /> 4. Notify the proper authorities of the existence of an emergency <br /> situation and solicit assistance. <br /> 5. Communicate with appropriate outside agencies, the County <br /> Administrator's office the office of Emergency Service,- and <br />
