RON T HEINZEN <br /> Regional Manager <br /> Summary of Experience <br /> Mr. Heinen, with over twenty-one years of experience in the engineering field, has <br /> performed geotechnical evaluations and seismic response studies for a wide variety of <br /> projects including buildings, bridges, land development, commercial and industrial <br /> facilities, landfills, and levees. He has participated with the University of California, <br /> Davis, in an erosion study of Teton Dam soils subsequent to failure. He has also <br /> participated in an extensive research project for the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers <br /> dealing with river bank erosion. His experience includes extensive land development <br /> projects involving 1,000 to 7,000 acres and large buildings such as the Stockton <br /> Hilton, American Plaza, Red Lion Inn, and University of Pacific Events Center. <br /> Responsibilities on these projects involved supervision of the field and laboratory <br /> work, engineering analyses, and preparation of reports. Seismic response studies have <br /> comprised several high-rise structures in California and Nevada and storage tanks at <br /> the Port of Stockton and Livermore, California.
