Construction of the final cap <br /> (most likely HDPE or PVC geomembrane) is scheduled to begin in 1995 and Mr. <br /> Crandall will serve as the CQA Officer for the construction project. <br /> Groundwater Monitoring, Forward Landfill, San Joaquin County, California. <br /> Prepared statistical report comparing various methods for statistical analysis of <br /> groundwater data. Responsible for statistical interpretation of ongoing <br /> environmental monitoring (groundwater, vadose zone, landfill gas) monitoring at <br /> the landfill. Conducted RCRA facility investigation for a hazardous waste unit. <br /> Mr. Crandall most recently prepared a revised post-closure maintenance plan for <br /> the hazardous waste unit. <br /> Regulatory Assistance, Confidential Client, Sacramento, California. Directed <br /> efforts for locating landfill capable of accepting large quantity of contaminated soil. <br /> Prepared permit documents to obtain regulatory approval of landfill project. <br /> Feasibility Study, Proposed Ash Disposal Facility, Sutter County, California. <br /> Assisted in preparation of preliminary feasibility study preliminary design report, <br /> containment system design and leachate generation study for a Class II disposal <br /> facility. Conducted leachate management study involving multiple HELP runs to <br /> ascertain the likelyhood of leachate generation by the ash monofill. <br /> Groundwater Monitoring, All Pure Chemical, Marysville, California. Developed <br /> groundwater monitoring program for surface impoundment thought to be leaking <br /> by the RWQCB. Results of monitoring proved surface impoundment was not <br /> affecting groundwater quality. <br /> Feasibility Study, Geer Road Landfill, Stanislaus County, California. <br /> Participated in the preparation of a feasibility study for groundwater remediation. <br /> Remedial alternatives explored included air stripping and carbon adsorption. <br /> Modeled leachate generation at the landfill. <br /> Article S Reports, numerous landfills Prepared Article 5 reports for landfills <br /> located in Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Sacramento, San Joaquin, and Stanislaus <br /> Counties. Article 5 reports contain assessments of environmental monitoring <br /> programs and recommendations for statistical analysis of data. <br /> Sewer Remediation, San Joaquin County, California. Mr. Crandall managed a <br /> remediation project involving the removal and replacement of 1,400 feet of ink <br /> contaminated storm sewer. The project included preparation of plans and <br /> specifications, bidding, contract administration, construction observation, <br /> regulatory liaison and preparation of a final report. <br /> 28th Street Landfill, Sacramento, California. The 28th Street Landfill has just <br /> closed and is also in corrective action for releases to groundwater. Mr. Crandall <br /> assessed the existing groundwater monitoring program and developed a new <br /> program that was in compliance with new state regulations while reducing the <br /> number of wells and constituents to be monitored. <br /> E21208(03/93) 3 <br />
