The third and final step consisted of <br /> spraying a slurry mixture of mulch and emulsifier over the straw in <br /> order to bind the straw to the surface. <br /> CONCLUSION <br /> This report summarizes the construction methods used in <br /> constructing the final cover for the Corral Hollow Sanitary <br /> Landfill. This report serves to certify the foundation and <br /> vegetative layer portions of the final cover. Additionally, this <br /> report includes the Kleinfelder report certifying the clay barrier <br /> layer portion of the final cover as Appendix A.
