III FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION <br /> The closure cap extension project will be funded from the Solid Waste Enterprise Fund, <br /> established by San Joaquin County's Resolution R-90-1190. The balance in the post <br /> closure enterprise fund for CHSL is approximately $1.1 million dollars. <br /> 2.0 CURRENT CLOSURE COST ESTIMATES <br /> See table 3 <br /> 3.0 FINANCIAL ASSURANCE NEEDS <br /> The closure cost estimate for the extension cap does include a contingency .See Table 3 <br /> 4.0 CURRENT FUND BALANCE <br /> The Solid Waste Enterprise Fund has sufficient fund balance to fund the project. <br /> 5.0 CLOSURE PLAN REVENUE SCHEDULE <br /> The funds for the closure cap extension project are already in the Solid Waste Enterprise <br /> Fund. <br /> 6.0 DISBURSEMENT SCHEDULE <br /> Payments during construction to the contractor and consultants will be made from the <br /> Solid Waste Enterprise Fund.
