Construction Quality Assurance(CQA) Plan Extension of Closure Cap <br /> Corral Hollow Sanitary Landfill August 21, 2008 <br /> 2.1.2 Progress Meetings <br /> Informal progress meetings will be held each morning before the start of work. At a <br /> minimum, this meeting will be attended by the construction manager (if necessary), <br /> CQA Monitor, and Contractor. The purpose of this meeting is to: <br /> ♦ Discuss problems and resolutions. <br /> ♦ Review test data. <br /> ♦ Discuss the Contractor's personnel and equipment assignments for the <br /> day. <br /> ♦ Review the previous day's activities and accomplishments. <br /> ♦ Resolve any outstanding problems or disputes. <br /> 2.1.3 Weekly Meetings <br /> Weekly scheduled meetings will be held. The project manager, construction manager, <br /> CQA Officer (if required), CQA Monitor, and Contractor will be present. The meetings <br /> will be held to discuss progress, problems, construction schedule, changes, test data, <br /> safety, environmental issues, and any other issues necessary. The CQA Monitor or <br /> CQA Officer will prepare the agenda for each meeting and prepare meeting minutes for <br /> distribution to all parties. <br /> 2.1.4 Other Meetings <br /> As required, special meetings will be held to plan work items and to discuss problems <br /> or non-conformance. These meetings will be attended by parties as directed by the <br /> owner. If the problem requires a design modification and subsequent change order, the <br /> engineering project. managers will also be present.
