B. Prior to shipment, submit the following data for geomembrane rolls manufactured <br />for this project: <br />1. Statement of production date or dates. <br />2. MQC test results documenting that geomembrane manufactured for this project <br />meets product specifications as defined in Part 2 of this section. Perform MQC <br />tests at the frequencies listed in Part 2 of this Section. <br />3. Sample manufacturer's warranty. <br />1.09 QUALIFICATION SUBMITTALS FOR REVIEW (INSTALLER) <br />A. Submit the following two weeks prior to installation: <br />1. Name of company that will install geomembrane <br />2. Resume of installation supervisor/field engineer that will be assigned to the <br />project. <br />3. Resumes of personnel that will perform seaming operations. <br />A. Installation layout drawings: Two weeks prior to installation of geomembrane, <br />submit shop drawings showing the panel layout indicating both fabricated (if <br />applicable) and field seams, and details not conforming to the Construction <br />Drawings. Upon acceptance, use these drawings for installation of geomembrane. <br />1.11 INSTALLATION SUBMITTALS (INSTALLER) <br />A. Submit quality control documentation prepared during installation, including copies <br />of seam test results. <br />B. On a daily basis and prior to installation, submit subgrade acceptance certificate <br />signed by the installation supervisor for each area to be covered by the <br />geomembrane. <br />C. Upon completing entire installation submit manufacturer/fabricator and installation <br />warranties. <br />D.
