• As envisioned, the County would complete the proposed corrective actions by the end of <br /> 2013. A two-year monitoring period would follow to monitor VOC concentrations at the <br /> point of compliance. If VOC concentrations decrease during this period, then monitoring <br /> would continue. If VOC concentrations do not change or increase during this period, then <br /> the County would follow the course of corrective actions and monitoring periods (Figure 12). <br /> This course of action would continue until water quality protection standards are met. <br /> 7.0 LIMITATIONS <br /> This EFS is based on the limited data described above and referenced herein. Geo-Logic <br /> Associates should be notified of any conditions that differ from those described herein since <br /> this may require a re-evaluation of the data, conclusions and proposed remedial alternatives <br /> presented herein.
