Monitoring was performed in accordance with
the monitoring program included with the Waste Discharge Requirements (WDRs) approved
by the Regional Water Quality Control Board for this site.
iThe County is pleased to report that data from off-site wells MW-9A and MW-10A indicate
that groundwater quality at those locations are improving, indicated by the lack of detection of
Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) at those wells this quarter. In addition, we see a
reduction of impact at well MW-11A, with all VOCs at "trace" concentrations.
Data from other wells are consistent with previous quarters. No VOCs were reported at
shallow aquifer wells SB-1 and MW-4, and the deep aquifer wells MW-6 and MW-7.
Constituents in wells MW-5 and MW-8 remain without significant change.
Storm event Inspection reports along with documentation of repairs were previously
submitted to RWQCB. On-going repairs will be reported upon completion.
Progress of Corrective Action Measures is submitted during the first and third quarters, and is
therefore included in this quarterly report.
I certify under penalty of law that I have personally examined and am familiar with the
information submitted in this document and all attachments and that, based on my inquiry of
those individuals immediately responsible for obtaining the information, I believe that the
information is true, accurate, and complete. I am aware that there are significant penalties
for submitting false information, including the possibility of fine and imprisonment.
