STANDARD OBSERVATIONS
Site inspections were performed monthly during the quarter(Appendix H). An electronic
signature on the form certifies that the observations were performed and are accurate.
RUN-ON AND RUN-OFF SITE COMPONENTS OR CONTROL MEASURES
CHSL utilizes several site components or methods to remediate (with control measures)the
surface water run-on and run-off. A road at the perimeter of the site assists in preventing run-on.
A mid-slope berm around the unit directs surface water run-off into the retention pond in the
northwest corner of the site. Perimeter ditches, at the base of the unit, direct run-off into the
retention pond in the south-east corner of the site. During this quarter, there were no breeches in
the run-on and run-off control measures. Monitoring will continue in accordance with the Storm
Water Pollution Prevention Plan.
HISTORICAL TIME EIES PLOTS
Historical Time Series Plots are presented in Appendix F. Note that constituents not detected are
plotted at a value of half their respective detection limits.
