RWQCB staff has reviewed the phase II work plan and <br />it has been approved. Staff also agrees with the order of the proposed phase II work to <br />be conducted and that settling issues observed along the southeastern portion of the <br />landfill will be properly addressed following the completion of the proposed phase II <br />work. Based on conversations with San Joaquin County, the phase II work will be conducted <br />and completed during the 2007 construction season and the settling issues will be <br />completed prior to the start of the 2007 wet season. Not <br />sure whether the letter submitted to Robert dated January is sufficient. With that said, <br />I recommend that Todd be consulted as to what his requirements are.
