A Final Construction <br /> Report will be prepared at the completion of the project and submitted to the Central Valley <br /> Water Board within one month of substantial completion of construction. <br /> Based on the requirements of Title 27 and review of the Addendum and CQA Plan, staff <br /> approves the submitted documents and the proposed extension to the closure cap. Staff <br /> requests the Discharger submit a 30% final design package for review along with a revised <br /> project schedule.
