Lincoln <br /> Stockton, Ca 95205 <br /> RE: 5 YEAR PERMIT REVIEW - French Camp Landfill , San Joaquin <br /> County #39-AA-002 . <br /> Dear Sir: <br /> The French Camp landfill solid waste facility located at Downing <br /> Road and Interstate 5 , Stockton has been reviewed by the Department <br /> of Environmental Health Services ( LEA) in accordance with the <br /> California Code of Regulations, Title 14, Chapter 5 , Article 3 , <br /> Section 18213. <br /> The Department has reviewed and evaluated the following documents : <br /> 1 . Report of Disposal Site Information Volume I dated <br /> November, 1988. <br /> 2 . Engineer' s Report Volume II dated November, 1988. <br /> 3. Amendment to the Report of Disposal Site information <br /> dated September, 1989 . <br /> 4. Solid waste facilities permit 39-AA-002 dated 2/1 /83 . <br /> 5 . There are not currently any waste discharge requirements <br /> for this landfill . A Report of Waste Discharge will be <br /> submitted to the Regional Water Quality Control Board by <br /> July 1 , 1990 . <br /> Upon review of the above documents and a on-site inspection of the <br /> facility on July 17 , 1989 , it is the determination of the LEA that <br /> there is a significant change in the current design and operation <br /> of the solid waste facility. <br /> It is further determined that the significant changes of the <br /> existing permit will require a permit revision.
