John Giambastiani is the site C <br /> supervisor. Her oversees site <br /> operations 2-3 hours per day. I did <br /> not observe any site operations <br /> restricted by a lack of supervision. <br /> 17649 Site Attendant. There is a site attendant available C <br /> during daylight hours and a live-in <br /> caretaker available during the <br /> evening. <br /> DISPOSAL SITE IMPROVEMENTS. <br /> 17656 I.D. Signs. The name of the site operator was not V <br /> displayed at the site entry. <br /> 17657 Entry Signs. Entry signs are not required when all N <br /> hauling is done by commercial <br /> vehicles. Only commercial haulers tip <br /> at this site. <br /> 17658 Site Security. The site is bordered on the south, C <br /> west and north by a slough. The <br /> western end was fenced and had a <br /> locking gate. - <br /> 17659 Access Roads. The main access is via a smooth paved C <br /> two lane road that allows safe access <br /> by all vehicles. I did not observe <br /> waste or dirt tracked onto public <br /> roads. <br /> 17660 Internal Roads.
