Sasson and Padilla of your agency, of the French Camp <br /> Landfill Site on October 17, 1991 pursuant to Public Resources Code <br /> (PRC) , Sections 43214 and 43219(b) . The facility was evaluated for <br /> compliance with applicable sections of the PRC and Title 14, <br /> California Code of Regulations (CCR) . Enclosed are three copies of <br /> the State Inspection Report, one for your records and two for you <br /> to forward to the site operators,. City of Stockton and Gambi <br /> Enterprises. <br /> The following violations of applicable State laws and regulations <br /> were documented during the inspection: <br /> 30 PRC 44014 (b) Permit® Terms and Conditions <br /> 14 CCR 18222 Report of Disposal Site Information (RDSI) <br /> 14 CCR 17710 Grading of Fill Surfaces <br /> 14 CCR 17682 Cover <br /> 14 CCR 17684 Intermediate Cover <br /> 14 CCR 17704 Leachate Control <br /> 14 CCR 17709 Contact with Water <br /> In addition, several areas of concern were noted regarding facility <br /> compliance with the following State Minimum Standards: <br /> 14 CCR 17616 RDSI <br /> 14 CCR 17777 Final Site Face <br /> Although a number of violations were documented during the <br /> inspection, it is noted that your agency is taking appropriate <br /> enforcement actions.
