Board <br />staff found the N&O to address all criteria specified in Title 14 <br />California Code of Regulations (CCR) Section 18304(b). <br />Staff have the following comments: <br />Solid Waste Facility Permit Number The identification number <br />written on the draft N&O (39 -AA -0001) was issued to the Austin <br />Road Landfill Site. This needs to be altered to 39 -AA -0002, the <br />identification number issued to the French Camp Landfill Site. <br />As always, this office is available to assist you.
