State Inspection- French Camp Landfill Site Page I <br />Facility No.- 39 -AA -0002 <br />Board staff received a draft Permit dated 10/24/91 and will provide <br />comments to your agency. <br />As you are aware, Waste Discharge Requirements (WDR) yet to be <br />issued by the Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) will <br />contain conditions of operation which will be incorporated as a <br />supportive document into a revised Solid Waste Facility Permit <br />(SWFP). With respect to violations noted by Board staff, please <br />continue your efforts to have the operator obtain WDRs. It is <br />possible that the means for remediation of these violations may be <br />incorporated into WDRs.
