The RWQCB letter dated August 28, 1990, is attached and <br />EMCON's responses below follow the questions in the order presented by <br />the RWQCB. <br />The following answers respond to the comments made on the Verification <br />Monitoring Program: <br />1. While bulldozing weeds for fire hazards, landfill personnel <br />inadvertently damaged and buried well MW -3.
