The seismic conditions including the <br />ground accelerations produced by the maximum probable <br />earthquake will be determined and reported to the <br />RWQCB by November 1, 1990. <br />4. The San Joaquin County Flood Control and Water Con- <br />servation District (SJCFCWCD) has determined that the <br />30 -year 24-hour precipitation event to be 14.02 inches <br />and the 135 -year 24-hour precipitation event to be 14.7 <br />inches. The SJCFCWCD has not determined the 100 -year <br />24-hour precipitation event for the facility. <br />5.
