What is the 100 -year, 24-hour precipitation event for the facility? <br />5. Is the facility within a 100 -year floodplain? If so, what measures will <br />be taken to prevent inundation or washout due to floods with a 100 -year <br />return period? <br />The VMP & RWD report is approved contingent upon satisfactory responses to the <br />above comments. The monitoring proposed in the VMP portion of the report will <br />be considered and incorporated into the Monitoring and Reporting Program in the <br />WDRs.
